These terms govern your use of goabakus.com and, once you become a client, your engagement with Abakus Financial Services, LLC (“Abakus”).

Our services

Abakus provides monthly bookkeeping services — transaction entry, categorization, reconciliation, and reporting — for real estate media businesses. We do not provide tax filing, payroll, legal, or investment services.

Client engagements

Client engagements begin once a signed agreement is in place and run on a 12-month commitment, with 60-day written notice required to end services. Specific pricing, transaction limits, and fees are outlined in your service agreement and on our Services & Pricing page.

Your account access

You retain full ownership and admin access to your QuickBooks account at all times. Abakus does not have the ability to move funds into or out of your bank or payment accounts.
